HEALING THROUGH LIFE’S TRAUMAS AND LOSSES with Annette Deguch @ Soul Fire Yoga

This will be a closed session for Carter’s Ride Attendee’s. As a community we know that grieving the loss of a child is hard, unpredictable and can leave one feeling very vulnerable. So these sessions will be closed sessions. Meaning ONLY parents who are invited through Carter’s Ride will be able to participate. This will ensure that only our families will be among other who are compassionate as they navigate through their loss.

Join Annette Deguch, Licensed Social Worker, 500 HR RYT, & Mindful Grief Therapist on a 6-week mindful journey: Healing through Life’s Traumas and Losses.

 WEEKLY TOPICS:

  • GRIEF IN COMMUNITYPRESENCE & BODY AWARENESS

  • GREIF AS A TEACHER
